Artifact 51 -Evidence of teacher serving as mentor to other teachers

I have been a mentor for several teachers in our Business Education Department and also in other departments in the Career & Technical Center.  I assist new teachers and veteran teachers any time there is new software to be learned or a new process that the school system has set in place for all teachers to use. 

 I work hard on trying to implement new processes and procedures to all instructors of the Career & Technical Center and to all the Business Education Instructors throughout our County School System.

• Develop and present Professional Development to instructors of the Lee County Career & Technical Center
• Develop and present Professional Development to instructor of the Lee County School System
• Presenter for the Lee County School System County Wide In-Service
• Worked with all CTE instructors to create their own PowerPoint projects for their department
• Provided recertification courses with Mountain Empire Community College for instructors to complete re-certification requirements for re-licensing
