Students may receive additional instruction at times that are set by the student and the instructor. The instructor is willing to work with any student who needs to complete work or who needs additional instructional time.  It is the sole responsibility of the student to complete all missed work and  to make arrangments with the teacher.

Students can work during the homeroom period and may stay after school on Tuesdays from 3:30-5:45 to complete any assignments and receive additional help on a lesson.  However, the student must first notify the instructor of his/her desire to stay after on Tuesdays.

Artifact 50 - homework policy (program or school)

Artifact 50 Homework policy (program or school)

Our school system does not have a defined procedure for homework. Each instructor or program provides students with course syllabus that clearly states the process of homework and the grading criteria for all homework assignments.  Homework assignments in the Computer Information Systems Program are rarely  given, however, if homework is assigned it is the sole responsibility of the student to complete the assignments. Students are subject to receive a zero if the assignments are not complete or in some cases a 10% grade penalty for each day the assignment is late.
