Internship Description

I interned at Mountain View Elementary January through March on Wednesdays and every day March 28 through April 27th.  I worked with Mrs.Burgess, a third grade teacher. My responsibilities in the classroom consisted of assisting students with classwork, assisting the teacher in lessons, and also grading work.  I did a science lesson based on plants, a service learning project that consisted of collecting books for another class, three social studies, a reading assessment, math unit on fractions, a lesson on volume, and a lesson on letter writing.
