Context: This artifact is a representation of my attendance in weekly faculty meetings during my student teaching.  My student teaching took place during the spring of 2006 at Banner Elk School, in Banner Elk, North Carolina.

Impact: The faculty meetings I attended allowed me to experience the inner workings of a school.  Attending these meetings as a member of the faculty allowed me to understand the process of faculty meeting and prepared me for meetings with my colleagues in the future.
