CCCS

I am currently teaching middle school students in an urban setting. This is the first year that an art program has existed at this school for some time, and I am thrilled with the amount of effort and talent that my students have shown! Since the beginning of the year, students in grades 6 through 8 have been exposed to lessons that integrate other core subjects while learning basic 2D techniques and processes and some art history too. We have created artworks after learning about tessellations, the Pop-art Movement, contour drawing, painting, collage and more. Check out some of my students work!
