Faculty Information

  • Faculty should schedule tests as early as possible to ensure the best experience possible for students and faculty.  This also applies to all computer-based (on-line) tests.
  • Faculty must fill out an Instructor Exam Admission Form for the Testing Centers.  This includes any material such as open book, Scantrons, notes, etc.  This will need to be sent for each test unless all scheduled tests and times are included on the first form or for any last minute make up exams.
  • Faculty must supply a roster for students who will be taking the test.
  • Forms must include the instructor's name and extension number.  Instructors name, class information must be on the tests if paper/pencil.
  • Faculty will need to indicate the type of test being administered (on-line and in what format) Blackboard, Course Compass, etc., paper/pencil, all instructions for the test and which class section (s) will take the test.
  • Faculty are responsible for getting all testing information, materials, tests, passwords to the proctors.
  • Faculty are responsible for the deliver and pickup of tests.  Paper tests will be returned to faculty via campus mail unless other instructions are given.  Testing Centers are not responsible for the security of exams once they leave the office.
  • Faculty must inform students to contact the Testing Centers to schedule testing times or to make arrangements for after hour testing via e-mail (preferred) or phone.
