1. Discussion on President Obama's decision to declare a national emergency regarding the H1N1 epidemic.
2. Review of upcoming election on November 3rd regarding the override and other initiatives Arizona voters will vote on.
3. Internet assignment: Identify the key 17 positions in line for the Presidency and the name of the person who currently holds the position of secretary.

1. Identify key duties of the POTUS via power point presentation. (Take Notes)
2. Using the information received via notes, create a want-ad for the POTUS.
3. Campaign groups will list 5 key political issues and identify the candidates stance on each of the issues.
4. Campaign groups will then create a poster for their candidate containing the following information: candidates name, party name, and slogan.
