Scoring Notification and Feedback

  • Please allow 7-10 days for scoring (During high submission periods please allow up to 14 days for scoring). Scores are only released Monday - Friday.

  • Each submission is charged as assessment fee. The fees are, as follows:
Subject Specific Pedagogy TPA Task 1: $65
Designing Instruction TPA Task 2: $65
Assessing Learning TPA Task 3: $65
Culminating Teaching Experience TPA Task 4: $110

  • Plan the completion of each task with respect to your other credential requirements and deadine dates. To learn the student teaching deadline dates - which impact your Subject Specific Pedagogy (1st task) and Designing Instruction (2nd task) submissions - please contact your local credential specialist.

  • During scoring, the assessor completes their assessment on a Record of Evidence (ROE), a legal document that is NOT provided to the student.

  • Feedback for the teacher education candidate includes the Task-Performance Assessment Diagnosis (T-PAD). The T-PAD is not a legal document and does not directly correlate to the ROE, but it does provide the candidate with some feedback regarding the submission’s strengths and suggested areas for improvement. Included in this diagnosis is a link to the specific task rubric. The rubric explains the score level (1-4); the rubrics for each task area can be found in the "Task Rubrics" section of this webpage.
