Prompt: What ways do you identify with the language you speak?

I wasn't really sure where to go with the prompt at first, as I am monolingual; I only speak English. After thinking about it for a while, though, I decided to talk about my tone around different people. For example, I talk differently to my mother than I do to my friends, and much differently to my girlfriend than I do to either of them. I talk more "normally" to my mom, casually around my friends, and super cutesy when I'm around my girlfriend, and none of them is more "me" than the others, they're different personas of mine. I really identify with all of them, and they're each a part of me.
