Context: This classroom web page was created for the class, CI 3750, Integrating Media and Technology into Teaching, in the Spring of 2007. I created the assignment under the advisement of Jeff Goodman.
Impact: The classroom web page enables the teacher to communicate with the students and the parents/ guardians through a website. The web site will inculde valuable information that is useful for both the parent and the student, such as, a homework link this will help them identify what homework they have due and a calendar ( this part of the website will help the students and parents see what important events are happening in the class and when). There is also a page for students, parents, and teachers links that provide assistants with homework, parenting tips, games, and informational articles for the students and parents. The web site will enable me to provide information to the students and the parents very quickly. I also can make changes to the information on the website in a timely manner.
