Leadership Profile

I interviewed Kate Kuhn, the assistance director of the Refugee Resettlement Program, to discover her leadership story, her views on leadership, and her advice for emerging leaders. I chose to profile her because she holds a leadership position, but also protrays positive leadership qualities. I reflected on what she had to say in relation to material from the class.

Leadership Reflection

After creating a leadership profile on Kate, I reflected on my own values of leadership and which styles of leadership appeared at my internship site. I think about leadership a lot, and how it manifests in the spaces I participate in. I reflected in the form of a podcast, attached below.
