Note to Clinical School Faculty from the Office of Field and Clinical Experiences

Dear Clinical School Faculty Member:

Field and clinical experiences provide the bridge from formal preparation to full-time independent teaching. Through their placements in schools, the teachers of tomorrow have the opportunity to learn from experts and to hone their skills while receiving guidance from multiple education specialists.

CLINICAL SCHOOL FACULTY: DOCUMENTS & FORMS

The review and/or submisison of the documents below (attached) are necessary to complete evaluations using the TaskStream Learning and Teaching Tool (LAT) and/or for receiving payment for supervising a Student Teacher.

NOTE: If you prefer to NOT use TaskStream to complete the evaluations of the Student Teacher and/or Clinical University Faculty, the hard copy versions of the evaluation are available in the Student Teacher-->Documents & Forms --> Evaluations & Rubrics section of this website. If you complete the hard copy versions of the evaluations, please mail the forms to Dewanna Durbin, College of Education, La Tech OR ask the Student Teacher and/or Clinical University Faculty member to bring them to our office.
