A major component of my role in Advocate is producing documents, letters and blogs about the challenges that LGBTQA people face. Below are a few I have pulled to share. The first letter was an open one I sent to administrative and religious leaders on Loyola's campus after one of our annual events was pulled from its regular location because it was deemed too controversial. The second letter is one I sent to the editor in response to another letter that questions the right that LGBTQA students had to put on programming at a Catholic school. Finally, the third piece is a blog I wrote on the importance of allies and how we can all strive to be better allies through asking certain questions.
