In this photo, I attempted to create a delicate and antiquated feel by combining the natural world with a weathered, wooden birdhouse. I used the principle of texture to highlight the vivid, intricate texture of the tree in this photo. The delicate bark of the tree contrasts with the worn, wooden body of the birdhouse to create a combination of old and older.
