Student loan debt is something that consumes the minds of almost all individuals who have taken out loans to help pay for college. It is a heavy burden that is carried around until the debt is payed off. I have considered the amount of money that I will owe upon graduation, as well as the average income for the job I intend to have, and came up with an ambitious, yet doable, goal of paying off student loans within a 10 year period. I plan to pay more than the monthly minimum payment  on my student loans in order to reach this goal.
