Classroom Relationships

Kids (Lg.)

As a future educator, having specific classroom relationships are important elements in the everyday classroom. Throughout this course, I have learned everything from procedures and rules, to discipline methods, transitions and being proactive as well as several different theorists. It is essential that the classroom environment is established the first day of school by introducing procedures and rules to the students so they know and understand what is expected of them. As a future educator, it is also my responsibility, to be proactive in my classroom and be sure students are on task and engaged in interesting lessons and activities. After researching one out of seven prominent theorists, Fredric Jones, it has given me great insight on how I want my future classroom to function.
