Dave's ESL Cafe contains worksheets and activities to do as well as a help center and forums for teachers. There is also a section that has many different English activities for students

TEFL is a great site for lesson plans and articles as well as teacher training and resources. 

ESL Galaxy  is such a useful website that has thousands of free printable worksheets for games, lesson plans and worksheets as well as many different downloadable packs. 

ESL Kids allows teachers to create their own worksheets. Teachers can also create and download flashcards, games and even different songs. 

TEFLgames has a variety of quizzes, miming games, card and interactive games as well as worksheets. There are many helpful fun tools on this site to help ELL students.
