I am an idealistic leader: I believe that positive social change is possible and I actively work to make it happen. I am dedicated to building a more just, fair and compassionate world. As an idealistic leader, I believe that in order to improve my community and the world, I must work for the common good and empower others to engage in transformational social change.

For these reasons, I have dedicated myself to non-profit youth empowerment work.  I work to create new partnerships and innovative programming that allow young people to understand and reach their true potential. I work to assist the growth and development of the next generation of youth workers, young non-profit professionals and change makers.

I am a life-long learner and passionate about gaining new skills and engaging with new ideas. I seek work that is mission-driven and enables me to contribute to the growth of myself and others through empowerment and community-building that supports and strengthens every person.
