I am an exceptionally competent young professional who is also still evolving my skills in the non-profit and youth development fields. I am very passionate about professional development and personal growth. As a life-long learner, I am interested in exploring new ideas, strategies and solutions to solving some of the most pressing issues facing urban young people today. I am also interested in advancing the field of non-profit and youth development work. I hope to use my years of experience in urban youth development to become a part of a growing non-profit organization as well as recieve mentorship from experienced youth development professionals.
