Teen members of CERT and other volunteer emergency organizations are ready to assist in response skills  that prepare them for disasters and emergencies in their communities. The web tutorial will extend this training to teens while they are in different locations.

These readiness skills will prepare students to:

• safely respond to an emergency

• assist victims without endangering themselves or others

• prepare students for leadership skills in the future

• learn danger assessment skills that will last a lifetime.
