1. Look beneath the heading Work on a DRF Program and confirm that you have correct access by verifying that the title of the DRF matches your academic program.

Note: If the DRF does not match your academic program, contact the Student Support Team by phone (800-WALDENU) or e-mail (support@waldenu.edu). Be sure to mention that you are a TaskStream participant so that you can be connected with a representative who is knowledgeable about this program.

2. Once you have confirmed that you are in the correct DRF program, you can begin working by clicking on the name of your ePortfolio.

To be certain that you are successful, please read the Directions and Evaluation Method (Rubric) associated with each assessment.

To view the Directions for a given assessment, please do the following in the DRF.

1. Click on the item for which you would like the directions. For example, click on “Professional Practice Project” to view those directions. If the directions are not visible, click the small yellow triangle next to the title to view the directions.

2. You can print the Directions by right clicking on the page and choosing Print. For Mac users, hold down the Apple-Option key, click on the page, and choose Print.

To view the Evaluation Method (Rubric) for a given assessment, please do the following in the DRF.

1. Click on the item for which you would like the evaluation method. For example, click on “Professional Practice Project”. If the evaluation method is not visible, click the small yellow triangle next to the title to view the details.
2. Then, click on View Rubric. A Pop-Up Window of the rubric will appear. You can print the rubric by right clicking on the page and choosing Print. For Mac users, hold down the Apple-Option key, click on the page, and choose Print.

To add a file as an artifact in the ePortfolio:

1. On the Work tab, click on the name of the artifact you wish to submit.
2. Click the Attachments button to upload your file(s).
3. Click the Browse button to locate the file(s) on your computer.
4. Leave the box next to Attach standards to this file unchecked. 
5. Click the Add File button to attach and upload your file.
6. When you have uploaded your files, click Save and Return.

To submit your work for evaluation, do the following:

To see the results of your evaluation, do the following:

1. Click on the name of the artifact for which you would like to see the evaluation.
2. Click on the Scores/Results tab.
3. Look for the name of the artifact and click on View Report.
4. Print the report by clicking on Print View in the upper right-hand corner. Then, click on Send to Printer Now.
5. To close the Results view, click on Back to Scores/Results Summary in the upper-left corner.
