The Teaching and Learning Plan (TLP) is broken down into smaller parts to focus your attention on lesson plans, unit plans, assesssments, and a reflection on teaching. This TLP is grounded on the Danielson Framework for Teaching rubric.

Section 1.1 Unit Plan - P12 Demographic and Differentiation Form

1)  Click the link for the form "P12 Demographic and Differentation Form" to fill in the information about the students in your class.  You will need to Collaborate with school personnel to complete a demographic chart in order to provide a snapshot of the students you will teach.

 Note: The demographics of your students should be crafted with care and should not be based on assumptions.  In addition, keep in mind that every individual is unique and many other socio-cultural factors should be considered in planning instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners in your classroom.

Parts 2-17 are all included in the TLP Unit Plan Template you will fill out and attach to this section.
