In this outcome, you will see my personal philosophy of education, as well as an introspection of my strengths and weaknesses as a future educator.  Chiefly among the various aspects of my philosophy is my ability to consider a subject from multiple perspectives and to embrace diversity, not deny it.  My strengths as an educator lie in technology, addressing the needs of ELLs, and classroom management; where they need improvement is meeting the needs of all learners requiring accomodations, an increased senstivity to the cultural diversity of all of my students, and the usage of more informal assessments.
