Welcome to Unit 3 - Microsoft Office Access.

Microsoft Office Access is Software which allows you to create databases system for all sorts of stuff such as lists, inventory, clients, etc...  With Access you can organizes your information into tables, or fields and later use any field in that database to create a report. 

Types of Jobs that would require knowledge of the use of a database include non-profit organizations such as United Way or Families in a Crises, profit organizations such as government jobs or recruiting, both large and small companies use some form of database to track inventory or clients. Schools keep large databases on student records and the big one "Graduation".....Who graduated when....

OK, here we go.....ACCESS.
