This paper satisfies the requirement for the EDU 523 Week 3 assignment:  Best Behavioral Practices.  The paper discusses an observation of behavioral practices in a real-time classroom environment.  It also helps to review various means to have create an effective classroom management plan and provide strategies and interventions to help the students to maintain self-discipline and responsibility within the classroom (meets AZ Standard 2:2,3,5,10).  It also provides a clear example of a teacher who has a strong working knowledge of the subject material that they are teaching and is able to provide clear examples of applicability in the real world (meets AZ Standard 7:2,4,5).  Furthermore, it reveals how to develop a lesson plan that keeps the students engaged and meets the requirements of the curriculum (meets AZ Standard 8:4).
