ART EDUCATOR:

Philosophy: Making art is expressing ones Self to enrich the environment. Teaching art is giving of ones Self to enrich lives.

Favorite Quote: "Art is everywhere all around us, it's the cracks in the sidewalks, it's an epiphony in a coffee cup."  Elizabeth Murray, New York artist

As a visual arts educator I hold the philosophy that working with people to help heighten their own creative process is a privilege. Since 1992 I have taught a diversity of populations in various settings to include: college students, continuing education students, disabled adults, and elementary aged youth. The courses taught range from basic drawing, figure drawing, and portraiture, to printmaking, painting, and paper arts.
