Annual Program Assessment Reporting Rubric This rubric was developed with the support of the 2021 Advanced Critical Friends Academy participants, who devoted time and expertise to establishing initial inter-rater reliability of this assessment tool. The rubric provides guidance for programs and reviewers in assessment the quality of required Annual Program Assessment Report requirements. Proficiency level descriptors reflect best practices in both the process and product of the academic program assessment process.
