
Above is an image I took. On the SMARTboard was the introduction to our main topic of discussion. During this time we discussed what composes a "Democracy School" and "Does Cab Calloway qualify and have the ability to identify as a 'Democracy School'?" We observed the rubric, directions, and began composing the document of current strategies and activities the school and overall student body is involved with in correlation to the program's goals.

Here is an example of the form that we completed and had shared among the other social studies PLC memebers to edit. This was the general outline throughout the application with a summary and example of the goals on the left, and space for responses to questions or topics on the right.
