Goals Evaluation

• We were able to improve the organization across the office and the computer server with a large spring cleaning.  We reorganized most of our filing and office materials.  Most of the files were able to be shredded for sensitive information and any other old materials were thrown away.

• Many of my networking connections began to grow from my first season with Crimson Tide Hospitality.  However, with the COVID-19 season it was harder to continue building those this year.  As I approach my third year with the company, I plan to focus on staying in touch with as many guests and peers as possible.

• This year produced a whole new set of challenges, in an already fast paced environment.  I was definitely able to grow those skills in every gameday scenario.  Guests can be much less patient around game time so there is less room for error.  It takes attention to detail and observation skills to anticipate their needs before they even realize them.
