Child Development

child.jpg One of the most interesting classes I have taken at Chandler-Gilbert so far has been Child Development. This class has allowed me to explore the development of children from prenatal stages through adolescence. Throughout this course, I have learned how much a child's development impacts their education as well as the importance of nurturing children's developmental needs in and outside of the classroom. Through the knowledge I have gained in this class, I will be able to help my students reach their full potential by nurturing their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
