Handout

Idea (Lg.) As part of my Cultural Diversity in Education course, I had the opportunity to research the “Model Minority” stereotype with a fellow classmate. After learning about this issue we created a PowerPoint presentation that introduces the issue and presents teachers with possible solutions to the problems caused by this stereotype. We were able to create a handout describing important details teachers should know about the typical Asian student and included a list of the references we used while creating our presentation on this extremely important issue.
