Internet Web

internet.JPG One of the most important computer courses I have taken so far has been Internet/Web. This course offered me an overview of the Internet and the variety of resources it has to offer. I learned ways to evaluate the reliability of sources and was introduced to several reliable research databases such as the ERIC Digest and Infotrac. Most importantly, I was introduced to a program called TaskStream where I was able to create my teaching portfolio by inserting documents using HTML. This course allowed me to see what a powerful tool the Internet can be to teachers and students alike.
