The attached Classroom Management Plan was developed in April of 2007, reflecting strategies that worked exceptionally well for me as a substitute teacher over the past three and a half years.
I learned many of these strategies from the fine teachers that I worked for in the private sector as well as three public school districts - AUSD, TCUSD, and SGUSD.
This plan will be modified to reflect behavior management goals established by both by my grade level team and administration at the school that hires me as a full-time teacher next fall.
