High-Impact Practices

In collaboration with the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Loyola University Chicago, we have coordinated with units across the university to enhance High Impact Learning programs across the university.

High Impact Learning website

• Created a High Impact Learning website to highlight the many opportunities for students to engage in High Impact Learning at Loyola University Chicago.

College of Arts and Sciences Funding

Granted $44,000 in funding to create High Impact Learning programming to address needs of students and faculty programs, including:

• Paid internships program, entitled the Community Engaged Academic Internship Program

• 5 student employment positions called ePortfolio Peer Mentors to enhance the ePortoflio Program

• High Impact Learning Student Panel Programs

• High Impact Learning Faculty development program, featuring nationally known speakers on experiential learning and enhancing teaching and learning through high impact learning

Funding of $44,000.00 renewed for 2015 - 2016 in collaboration with the Dean's Office, College of Arts & Sciences, Loyola University Chicago
