FAQs

Q: How do I unenroll myself from a DRF program? I changed my major.

A: Students cannot unenroll themselves from DRF programs.  They can, however, customize the display on their homepage to hide unnecessary programs.

Below, please find directions that can be sent to students for customizing the display.

Below that, please also find instructions for unenrolling participants (from the program manager's point of view):


You can customize the list of programs that appear on your home page. First, click the Customize Display button located on the right-hand side of your home page.

You will then see a list of your programs. You can click the Hide button to the right of the program title to remove it from the list of programs that appears on your home page.

After you click the Hide button, a warning message will pop up indicating that if you hide this program it will be removed from the list of programs for any role you may have been given (Author, Reviewer, Evaluator, etc.).

Click OK to proceed to hide the program you have selected.

 

Q: How do I submit assignments to Taskstream?

Q: How do I find my course to submit an assignment? I don't see it on my DRF.

A: Make sure you have enrolled in all of your required DRF folios: Self-Enrollment Codes. or view TS Self-Enrollment (1:50)

 

Q: My Account is Inactive and I need to submit one more assignment

A:  Follow these directions to activate your account for 24 hours.

 

Q: I went to submit my assignment but it says I do not have access and need to contact the Taskstream manager.

A:  You have not enrolled in the current DRF Program. Make sure it says "CERT" at the top. If not, check out the self-enrollment codes again.
