When you have completed your last day of student teaching, BEFORE you are eligible to graduate the following items must be completed:
TaskStream - Student Teaching Evaluations DRF
- All evaluations and gradeforms in TaskStream have been completed by the Cooperating Teacher and Faculty Supervisor
- All acknowledgements and evaluations of CT/FS have been submitted in the student teaching DRF
***Remember to submit a copy of your final grade form to your seminar course instructor, otherwise you will not receive your final seminar grade. Remember you must earn a B or better in student teaching and your student teaching seminar class.
CAL TPA's (For students on the CAL TPA track):
- Earned passing scores on TPA tasks 3 and 4
- Copies of TPA 4 permission slips have been submitted to the Credential Analyst
EDTPA (For students on the EDTPA track):
- Send Proof of EDTPA submission from Pearson to the Credential Analyst
-Send copies of the EDTPA permission slips to the Credential Analyst
Other documents
- All absence forms have been submitted to your Education Program Specialist
- The signed attendance log was provided to your Faculty Supervisor
- All other program requirements have been met (GPA, financial clearnce, coursework verification, etc.)
Once all the items for student teaching have been completed and verified your file will be closed and you will be eligible to graduate.
Your graduate support team will contact you with additional instructions to apply for graduation once all program requirements have been met.
**Applying for your credential is a separate process after you "graduate" from the University.**
