Where did the time go?

Another not so subtle reminder that NO LATE WORK or redone assignments or text retakes will be accepted after May 20th - NONE!
There will be no last ditch effort to save a grade at the last possible moment!

FINAL PROJECT

we will do a Final Project in teams of TWO - here are the instructions:
FINAL PROJECT INFO - 100 Points Interest Project
You are to choose one topic we have studied in science this year -
Then develop a presentation for the class to show you have mastered the concept.
It can be:
A Powerpoint
A video
A poster
A model
A skit
A Poem or song
Storybook
Shadow a Scientist for 3 hours and put together a picture presentation to show what you did
DO an additional scientific inquiry experiment recorded in a video or PPT or with pics
or a 5 page double spaced typed paper on your PRE-APPROVED topic (IN YOUR OWN WORDS - NO CUT AND PASTE PLAGIARISM!)

These are due May 12 and will be presented to the class between May 12th and May 17th.
Each day late your project is will cost you 10% of the available 100 points DON'T BE LATE!

because I don't want to take anyone away from a chance to have their grades up to par



 

EXTRA CREDIT???
The only extra credit available for term 4 is/was to do the study stations and turn them in on the day you took the test. NOT after...
or have those lovely green science passes you have saved all year and turn them in when I ask for them.

HEY - EVERYTHING IS DUE!
Your grades are final today, please don't embarass yourself by asking me to change them now, I won't.

MAY-27th - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!
Please enter the school from the West doors and go directly to the auditorium to see the new famous Narly Norm video
We will be here till approximately 10:30 then you will be escorted out of the building.
The school will be CLOSED to students the remainder of the day.
