Exceptional Learners

In the course Introduction to Exceptional Learners, future teachers learn valuable information about all types of learners in the classroom.  In this class, we learn about IEPs (Indivdualized Education Plans,) children with ADHD, Learning Disabilties, IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilties,) Emotional Disorders, Autism, Gifted/Talented Students and more.  This course is very beneficial; it helps develop understanding as to why disabilties occur and how to best teach students with learning disabilities.
