In this class, I learned about Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences.  I have come to understand about the different ways a child can be smart.  It is important to be aware of this because I need to make sure students learn in ways that work for them.  My teacher introduced me to the book Developing Students' Multiple Intelligences, written by Kristen Nicholson-Nelson, which gives hundreds of ideas for incorporating activities and lessons depending upon students' strengths.  The following are websites I have found that have have more information about multiple intelligences.

Overview of Multiple Intelligences

Multiple Intelligences: A Theory for Everyone

Technology Enhances Multiple Intelligences

Thomas Armstrong's View on Multiple Intelligences
