Science Safety Survey

Rationale

Context:

I competed this assignment as part of my Block II science course. The purpose of this assignment is to be aware of the safety that lies within the classroom and the school itself at which I will be teaching. This survey acts as a checklist for all the proper information I will need to know beforehand to insure the student's safety.
