Administrative Goals

Implement the continuing enhanced capital budget to improve the space and equipment conditions for the student body; Continue activity on development and planning for a new engineering/campus STEM classroom building; Work with College Development/Advancement on fundraising for restricted and unrestricted donations.
 
Continue activities leading to Engineering The Future: Manhattan College’s New South Campus including the Engineering and Science CEnter building. Create and support The Dean’s Fund for Excellence.
 
Increase number and expand development opportunities
 
Maintain ABET accreditation by systematic review and assessment of the degree programs.
 
Market the newly approved Masters of Construction Management program. Expand graduate enrollment where feasible.
 
Acquire additional graduate scholarships to support research; Develop a funding stream for assisting undergraduate research students; Help incentivize proposal writing; Identify opportunities for conference hosting.
 
Support faculty connections to different professional organizations
 
Continue connections with ECAM in Lyon and EPMI in Paris, France; Continue connections at DLS Mexico and U. Avila in Spain; Start connections to other Lasallian institutions in Spain and/or Mexico; U. Valencia, and U. Barcelona, Spain; University of Rome – Tor Vergata; Brothers University in Rome; adding another ECAM member Strasbourg
