This page contains evidence of my growth as a professional in the area of Conflict Management; Anticipates or seeks to resolve confrontations, disagreements, or complaints in a constructive manner.  The student improvement plan at SWRHS initiated a goal to begin schoolwide research and eventual implementation of MTSS, per our district framework.  From a high school standpoint, this was largely an uncharted area.  The candidate, serving both as EC and MTSS chair, was presented with the opportunity to challenge staff to overome obstacles when working with our most difficult populations in closing the achievement gap.  The attached documents detail the initial steps in that journey, which continue to the present day.
