Outcome 10 I feel to be one of the most beneficial outcomes to me in this program; without my colleagues, this program would have been far less beneficial.  I was able to gain insights and explanations on concepts, strategies, and methods that might have taken me much longer to attain on my own.  In short, the mutual exchange of learning between not just the teacher-student relationship, but the colleague relationship as well, helped refine and expedite an already effective program.  What I have learned from outcome 10 is that education is a collaboration, not an individual, profession.
