Grouping and Patterns

Materials Needed:

£     2 players/4 players

£     Bag of fruit loops

o       15 of each color

£     Square and Pattern board for each player

Objective:

£     Be the first player to complete the board squares and patterns

How to Play:

£     NO ONE can eat the fruit loops until they are finished with the game!

£     Open the bag and dump out all the fruit loops on the table

£     Both players start at the same time

£     Complete the Squares

o       Find the red fruit loop and place it in the red square

o       Find 2 orange fruit loops and place them in the 2 orange square

o       Find 3 yellow and place them in the yellow square

o       Continue on to Number 6

£     Finish the Pattern

o       The pattern is already started for you

o       Complete both patterns using the extra fruit loops

o       Which color comes next?

£     Now you can eat the fruit loops, but you have to count them as you eat them!
