1. Help students develop higher order thinking skills
2. Help students develop basic learning skills
3. To foster student development and personal growth
4. Teach in a way that reaches different learning styles
5. Develop classroom management that works for both the students and myself.
6. Try to always be aware of diverse groups and teach to all students as individuals.
7. Develop leadership and management skills as a teacher.
8. Prepare children for the future in a safe, learning and caring environment.
9. Promote self esteem in all students and faculty.
