Standard 5.1 Professional growth, reflection, and evaluation

My professional dispositions fall perfectly under, "Standard 5.1 Professional growth, reflection, and evaluation".  My dispositions explain the importance of honesty and integrity, caring, work ethic, and accountability. Throughout my paper I explain the significance each of these dispositions have on a classroom. Also, the need for constant self-evaluation is very important. It will be great to look back at the dispositions frequently and reflect on how I am choosing to live by them. If needed change may be required or personal growth may be noted.
