I have made advancement in the world of technology by completing a course in PowerPoint. Through this course I have learned how to give an effective and professional presentation. With a group of three other classmates, we designed a pro/con presentation on the benefits and disadvantages of junk food in the public school system. I created a presentation on the effects of home schooling for my research paper. I spent thirty hours working with students in classrooms, and presented what I learned in a final reflection presentation. I have also been inspired to use PowerPoint in my future classroom as a teaching resource. PowerPoint is a useful tool that will benefit me as I continue on through my education and future career.
