The completed TELSA Self-Assessment is attached. The findings show that each domain is of medium priority indicating that adequate time and effort planned for additional development in these areas is needed but not immediate.

Leadership Assessment

The formative assessment is completed by the intern's principal mentor. It is designed to target specific areas in accordance to the ISLLC standards that may need strengthening.
