Through my Children’s Literature course, I have developed a love and understanding for books of all shapes, colors, sizes, and levels. I have acquired a large variety of literature reviews which I can use as a teacher. I have studied a diverse selection of genres in depth and applied the Arizona Content Standards for Reading to activities related to books for the classroom. Books are extremely important to everyday life to develop the readers mind and learn from the themes imbedded in the story.
