Children's Literature has grown and developed over the many years. Below is an attatchment of a time line I have created to show the changes children's literature has gone through. The timeline begins in the late 1400s when the first children's book was published, and it ends in the year 2000 when children's literature blossomed. This time line shows how important it is for today's teachers to incorporate reading and literature into the curriculum.
